Eligibility

Belles & Chimes is exclusively open to women identifying and non-binary players who are ages 18+.

No previous tournament play is required - we welcome ALL skill levels.

Cost

Dues to play in the league are $10 per person per season.

You can play due free for up to two meets per season, but will need to pay dues and play in at least 4 meets to be eligible for the final tournament, prizes, and IFPA points.

We will typically play four rounds per night, and games are $1.00 per play. Quarters are available for purchase/exchange at the venue.

Format/scoring

Season Format is Group Match Play

Sign In at 6:30pm

Start at 7:00pm

Typically 3-4 hours of play

We will be tracking scores, but don't let that intimidate you! The focus is having fun, mingling, and playing lots of pinball.

Seasons: A season has 6 weeks of regular Wednesday play plus 1 Final.

Don’t worry if you can’t make it every week; but you will need to have attended 4 regular weeks to be eligible to play in the final. 

The final will allow players to compete for the end season prizes. 

Seasons are currently planned to begin in April and September for 2025.

Group Match Play Format:  There will be 4 rounds per league night. Each round, players will be randomly assigned into 3 or 4 player games. 

Players earn points based on their finishing position each round.

Scoring per round, per machine:

4 Players

1st: 7 points

2nd: 5 points

3rd: 3 points

1st: 1point

Guests

Women and non-binary guests are welcome to drop in and play for a night with our league.

Slingshot Pinball will also be open to the general public, so other guests can play on open machines but they will not be eligible for IFPA ranking or season prizes.

Season / Meets

We will typically play four games per night each, and games are $1.00 per play. You may wish to bring more coins to practice - and quarters are available for purchase/exchange at the venue.

Venue

Slingshot Pinball is a wonderful place with well maintained machines! 

The building is a converted industrial space with high ceilings and cement floors. Please dress to be comfy as the weather outside affects the temperature in the building.

Slingshot does not serve food, though Hapa's Brewing next door often has a food truck (and always has beer). Bringing snacks is allowed, but please keep food in designated areas and away from the machines. Slingshot opens at 3pm, so feel free to come early to practice.

There is a parking lot which is often very full - please car pool or take public transit when you can.
